Mortgage Ranking – June 2019 – best bank offers

In the June Good Finance mortgage ranking we will present the best mortgage offers for the purchase of real estate from the secondary market based on current bank proposals.

The lists present the five best offers in terms of the total amount to be repaid, with a property value of USD 200,000, USD 300,000 and USD 400,000, and 10% and 20% own contribution.

The sum of the loan costs, i.e. the total cost of the loan and the sum of interest, as well as the total amount to be repaid. We also mention the amount of the monthly installment, assuming that they will be equal.

The “difference from the best offer” column gives you the opportunity to quickly compare in which bank the total amount to be repaid is the lowest, and in which higher and how much. Under each table you will find a short summary.

The best bank offers when buying a property worth USD 200,000 with a 10% own contribution:

  • property purchase amount: USD 200,000
  • loan amount: USD 180,000
  • own contribution: USD 20,000
  • loan period: 30 years

In this statement, E-Money proposes the best offer in terms of loan costs, with the lowest loan installment. A slightly higher monthly installment can be paid when deciding on the offer of Loan and Credit bank, but in this case the cost of the loan will be higher by USD 24,596, which is a noticeable amount.

The best bank offers when buying real estate worth USD 200,000 with 20% own contribution:

  • property purchase amount: USD 200,000
  • loan amount: USD 160,000
  • own contribution: USD 40,000
  • loan period: 30 years

In the case of a USD 200,000 loan

With a 20% own deposit, the best offer can be found in BNP Paribas, where the total cost of the loan does not exceed USD 100,000. It is also an attractive offer in terms of interest and installments. The second best offer has a higher total cost by over USD 11,000. So let’s look carefully at all the proposals.

The best bank offers when buying a property worth USD 300,000 with a 10% own contribution:

  • property purchase amount: USD 300,000
  • loan amount: USD 270,000
  • own contribution: USD 30,000
  • loan period: 30 years

Propose some of the best offers for a loan for a property worth USD 300,000. Although the costs of credit differ in these two offers by more than USD 17,000, they are noticeably lower compared to the next ones.

The lowest installment is offered by Loan and Credit, but the total amount to be repaid will be over USD 30,000 higher than the best offer.
